Mattias gave an oral presentation at the first European Society for Medical Oncology (ESMO) Breast Cancer meeting in Berlin, Germany on May 4th. The presentation was titled miRNA expression profiles in BRCA1-associated breast cancers reveal upregulation of specific miRNAs in tumors lacking a clear second hit in a large portion of the tumor. 04/04/2019
Lynn, Charlotte, Greet and Jeroen participated at the research day in Ghent. There they attended an interesting poster workshop. 27/03/2019 Mattias, Greet and Bram went to Antwerp to attend the Nanopore day. There they heard the latest tech updates from Oxford Nanopore as well as hearing from local users about their latest projects using nanopore sequencing.   20/03/2019
We were present at Oncopoint in Ghent, organized by CRIG. Jeroen presented a poster and received a poster presentation award! Greet was selected for a short oral talk and received a short oral talk award.
