Elyne presented her work on making functional variant testing in zebrafish faster and more efficient through optimized prime editing and sperm photoporation. Hannah took the stage to share her research on the in vivo functional assessment of BRCA2 variants using CRISPR mediated prime editing in zebrafish. Nele presented her work on cfDNA liquid biopsies in pancreatic cancer.
